The Virtual Campus currently offers 21 online courses, and, as of August 2012, had trained and certified 10,000 registered government officers. The "Municipal Efficiency and Transparency (MuNet) e-Government" project led to the development of a comprehensive methodological package that currently includes several e-Government applications at the municipal level and a recognized registered brand. MuNet e-Government is working with more than 100 municipalities in Panama, Guatemala, Paraguay, and Costa Rica. These results have contributed to supporting the Executive Secretariat for Integral Development and the Secretariat for Political Affairs of the OAS in adopting new approaches to technical assistance and programming and developing new methods to promote the exchange of relevant experiences, expertise and best practices between member states using information and communication technologies. | Contributions to specific-purpose programmes and funds managed by implementing partners | Bilateral | Aid grant excluding debt reorganisation | Global Affairs Canada | NGM Americas | Pre-APP | ["Gender equality", "Environmental sustainability (cross-cutting)", "Participatory development and good governance", "Trade development", "Biodiversity", "Climate change mitigation", "Climate Change Adaptation", "Urban issues", "Desertification", "Children's issues", "Youth Issues", "Indigenous Issues", "Disability", "ICT as a tool for development"] | ["America, regional"] | ["500000.00", "1500000.00", "1000000.00", "1000000.00", "1000000.00"] | ["-12.043255 -77.028279", "12.136435 -86.250615", "14.082927 -87.206469", "14.614440 -90.534446", "-16.499237 -68.146777", "18.539741 -72.336597", "23.117332 -82.388985", "4.598056 -74.075833"] | ["2009200002"] | ["OAS - Organization of American States "] | ["4584272.00", "400000.00", "400000.00", "350000.00", "400000.00", "400000.00", "230000.00", "881473.00", "400000.00", "1254947.00", "-132148.00", "-26632.50"] |
